Hemp takes up what it grows in. That is useful in a field and a problem in a bottle, so we test each batch rather than each harvest.

The name
Rooted in rituals of renewal
Vernain takes its name from ver, the Latin root for spring, the season everything starts over.
Spring carries no memory of what came before it. Every year it starts clean, and everything grows again. We build formulas with that same instinct: nothing carried over, nothing you cannot check, a fresh and verified start every time.
Why we started
Vernain began with a reading problem. Turn over almost any wellness product and the label splits in two: a large promise on the front, and a small crowd of ingredients on the back that no one can check. We wanted to build the opposite — a line where the strongest claim on the box is a fact you can verify.
So every Vernain product leads with its hero active, named plainly on the card and on the label. If the ingredient is the reason to buy it, the ingredient should not be hiding.

The standard
One quiet rule
If we can't publish a certificate of analysis for it, we don't sell it. That single standard shapes the whole catalog — face, body, and within — and keeps us honest about what a product can and can't do.
Each certificate confirms four things about the batch in your hands: the active is what the label says, in the amount the label says, free of what should never be there — heavy metals, microbes, pesticides, residual solvents — and, for our hemp products, under 0.3% THC.
Every box carries a batch number. The certificate for that exact batch comes with it.
What we make — and what we don't
We sell only what we can legally ship and genuinely stand behind: cosmetic peptide skincare, ingestible collagen, hemp-derived CBD topicals, and clean botanical actives. No prescription drugs, no gray-market injectables, no disease claims — just clean, traceable formulas, in packaging that returns to the earth as gently as it came.

Terms, shipping & returns
Written to be read, not to be survived. If any of it is unclear, that is our fault, and you can ask us on the contact page.
Shipping
Orders leave our facility within one to two working days. Standard shipping inside the United States is free over $60, otherwise a flat $5.95, and normally arrives in three to six working days.
We ship to all fifty states. We do not ship hemp-derived products to addresses in states that restrict them, and we will tell you at checkout rather than after you pay. International shipping is not available yet.
You get a tracking number as soon as the label is made. If tracking has not moved in five working days, write to us and we will replace the order rather than open an investigation and make you wait.
Returns & refunds
Thirty days, opened or not. If a product is not right for you, tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will send a prepaid return label. You do not need to justify it and you do not need to email first.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is our error, such as a wrong or damaged item.
If a product arrives damaged or the batch on the box does not match its certificate, we replace it immediately and you keep the original. Send a photo so we can trace the batch.
For hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned goods, so returns are destroyed rather than restocked. That is a real cost, and it is one we would rather carry than argue with you about a jar.
Subscriptions
Subscribe and save takes 15% off every delivery for as long as it runs. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
You can skip, delay, change or cancel from your account at any time before the renewal date. We email you three days before each renewal so a delivery never arrives as a surprise.
If a renewal does catch you out, tell us and we will refund it, including the ones already shipped. We would rather lose an order than keep money someone did not mean to spend.
Terms of sale
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout by delivery address. We may change prices, but never on an order already placed.
Our products are cosmetics and dietary supplements. They are not drugs. Nothing we publish is medical advice, and none of it has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to your doctor before using them.
Hemp-derived products contain less than 0.3% THC and are for topical use only. You must be 18 or older to buy them. Check the law where you live before ordering.
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
We collect what we need to take your order and answer you: name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. Payment details go straight to our payment processor and never reach our servers.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Suppliers who act for us, such as the carrier and the payment processor, see only what they need to do their part.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within thirty days. Marketing email is opt-in, and every one of them carries a working unsubscribe link.
